This morning we deployed the “chicken tractor” for our baby chicks, their mother (Wendy) and our other broody chicken, Cindy (with her 6 eggs).  The chicken tractor is a 3′x4′x6′ box with integrated 2 bay nesting area.  There is no floor, and I built it with detachable wheels so it can be moved around as needed. This will keep them safe, and separate as they grow.  Happy chickens indeed!
